Olympic Park 2012

Welcome to olympicpark2012.com, we aim to be THE unofficial site for information on the London 2012 Olympics right from the construction and development stage to the actual games and beyong when the site is transformed into a legacy site for the residents of the East End.

We will aim to provide as much information as possible about the site and what the plans are and how they are progressing. There will also be photo galleries where we post pictures of the site as it tranforms from an industrial wasteland to what  we hope will be a great set of sporting facilities for the East End, London and beyond.

Of course, it is also possible for you to provide your own news items about what is happning or not happening, just register and get involved. You can also contribute your links of any other sites or blogs that may be of interest. Also feel free to contribute any photos that you have of the development site and we may well put it up on our photo gallery for everyone to see.

Of course we will have some comments and views as the Beijing Olympics kicks off in the summer of 2008.
